No single document from SINO-PEC would will move one inch from SINO-PEC. I am ready to throw a small opening of what you can not believe I am very capable for any sheet moved from the founder or former Chief to any American. That's not an American Company....Some one is claiming an attachment to a U.S President, you better verify....

The only use of SINO-PEC is for now California and the network can not be used for anything else even from members of this family or anywhere else.
